Texas Reliability Entity, Inc. (Texas RE) has executed a Delegation Agreement with the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) to be the regional entity for the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) region, with delegated authority to propose and enforce NERC Reliability Standards.
