Texas Regional Entity Advisory Committee

The Texas Regional Entity (Texas RE) Advisory Committee assists the Texas RE Board in fulfilling its oversight responsibility related to Texas RE’s employment, compensation, financial, financial audit and other administrative matters. The Texas RE Advisory Committee makes recommendations to the board on these administrative topics.

The Texas RE Advisory Committee is comprised of unaffiliated directors, the public counsel (from the Office of Public Utility Counsel), and, as a non-voting member, the chairperson of the Public Utility Commission of Texas, or the chairperson’s designee.
