A generous 401(k) savings plan matches funds of 75¢ on the $1.00 for employee contributions of up to 6 percent of salary; 20% of the matching funds vests each year over five years. In addition, the equivalent of 10% of an employee’s salary is paid as a fixed non-elective contribution into the plan, with full vesting after three years employment.
