Please be advised that the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (“NERC”) Board of Trustees approved the Texas Reliability Entity, Inc. (a) Amended and Restated Delegation Agreement with NERC and (b) Amended 2010 Business Plan & Budget on Tuesday, February 16, 2010. 

NERC formally filed its petition requesting that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) approve these documents today, February 19, 2010.  The NERC petition is available on the Texas RE website at http://www.texasre.org/about/Pages/Default.aspx and will be available on the NERC and FERC websites.
