webCDMS Outreach

Texas Reliability Entity, Inc. (Texas RE) has implemented the Open Access Technology International, Inc. (OATI) webCDMS  (Compliance Data Management System) to facilitate the secure submission, tracking, and synchronization of the regional registration, compliance and enforcement information. This system is replacing the previous Texas RE Portal.

The increased functionality and features of webCDMS should enable Texas RE and registered entities to increase the efficiency of many processes. View the announcement about Texas RE's implementation of webCDMS.

webCDMS requires users to access the system using a digital certificate. Texas RE will pay for two digital certificates for each registered entity. Please note that for registered entities that have more than one NERC Compliance Registry ID (NCR #)each NCR # is considered a separate entity. In addition, registered entities that already have digital certificates from OATI may use these digital certificates to access their information in webCDMS.  Registered entities may also elect to purchase additional digital certificates, if needed.
