Please be advised that the Texas Reliability Entity, Inc. (Texas RE) Board of Directors (Board) and Audit & Governance Committee will meet on Tuesday February 28, 2012, and the Nominating Committee will meet on Monday, February 27, 2012.   All meetings will be held at the Texas RE office at 805 Las Cimas Parkway, Suite 200, Austin, TX 78746, and the meeting times are as follows (all times are Central Time):

• Nominating Committee – February 27, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Audit & Governance Committee – February 28, 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
• Board of Directors – 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

The agendas and public meeting materials have been posted.  Please note that the Nominating Committee and Audit & Governance Committee will meet in executive session only.
