Please be advised that the Texas Reliability Entity, Inc. (Texas RE) Member Representatives Committee (MRC) will be holding a meeting on Wednesday, January 4, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. Central Time at the Texas RE office at 805 Las Cimas Parkway, Suite 200, Austin, TX, 78746.  This will be the first meeting of the representatives elected for the 2012 year, and the MRC will be electing a Chair and Vice Chair who will serve as the Affiliated Directors on the Texas RE Board of Directors for 2012.  Please RSVP to information@texasre.org  if you wish to attend in person.  The agenda and materials have been posted.

Please also be advised that the Texas RE Board of Directors will hold a meeting via conference call on Friday, January 6, 2012, from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. Central Time.  The Board will be meeting in executive session only to discuss the Texas RE CEO search.
